In Drake Eternal, Book 10 in the Unrestrained Series by S. E. Lund, Drake and Kate are temporarily separated by an ocean as Drake accepts the call from old friend and mentor Michael Owiti to help out in Kenya after devastating floods kill two of the hospital’s neurosurgeons. Drake and Kate plan to meet up in Kenya after Kate finishes her thesis, so they can travel to visit Drake’s father’s grave and meet up with son Liam to do some wildlife photography. In the meantime, intrigue arises when old enemies show up to complicate things, and test Drake and Kate’s bond.
